This afternoon I spent some time just outside the park photographing the last agriculture field that is still being cultivated. After heading back into the park I returned to the site of the fire which was extinguished for the most part but the ground was still smoking. To me, it looks like it was a controlled burn especially considering we have had very little lightning in the past few days. Tomorrow I am headed up to Shark Valley and the surrounding area for a full day. I will be back very late tomorrow.night so I may or may not be able to update the weblog tomorrow. Enjoy.
