This morning I continued with James Shadle's workshop (
www.wildflorida.net). After a gorgeous sunrise, we headed into Sweetwater Strand along Loop Road. Here we found all sorts of waders that had dramatic, high contrast lighting and lots of interactino between birds. It was a spectacular morning and afternoon shoot with lots of opportunities. The evening we returned to the strand and then went down to Chokoloskee for sunset.
As I mentioned in this week's newsletter, I will be out of town this week. I will be in the keys diving through Thursday and then either on the west coast of the state or in Orlando, depending on the red tide, for the weekend. I will send a regular newsletter on Sunday and will update my weblog on Thursday, but probably not before. Thanks for bearing with me.
